法院未批准延长拘留 日产前董事长戈恩或将被保释 Dec 21st 2018, 09:27 　　中新网12月21日电 据日本共同社报道，关于日产汽车前董事长戈恩涉嫌财务违法一事，东京地方法院20日驳回了东京地方检察厅特搜部就不批准对戈恩和前代表董事凯利延长拘留期的决定提出的申诉。
