俄一居民楼爆炸致2人死逾10人伤 普京下令提供帮助 Dec 31st 2018, 13:39 　　中新网12月31日电 据俄罗斯卫星网报道，俄卫生部新闻处发布消息称，车里雅宾斯克州一幢居民楼发生爆炸事故，造成2人遇难，另有多人受伤。总统普京指示卫生部长斯克沃尔佐娃采取一切措施，向该州马格尼托戈尔斯克市紧急事故中的伤员及遇难者家属提供帮助。
