美纽约跨年夜或下雨 警方：禁止带伞进时代广场 Dec 31st 2018, 10:21 　　中新网12月31日电 据外媒报道，31日跨年夜当天，美国将有不少人计划到时代广场倒数，但根据气象预报，从当地时间31日下午开始，预计会有70%的降雨机率，且降雨将持续至1月1日。纽约市警提醒，跨年夜雨伞将不准带进时代广场管制区，建议有意到该区跨年的民众穿着雨衣或防水衣物。
