日媒：日本摸索在公海商业捕鲸 考虑设新国际机构 Dec 28th 2018, 10:10 　　中新网12月28日电 据日本共同社报道，日前，日本政府退出管理鲸类资源的国际捕鲸委员会(IWC)，2019年7月起，将在日本近海及专属经济区(EEZ)内时隔约30年重启商业捕鲸。共同社称，计划考虑到鲸类资源状况等，摸索长期在西北太平洋公海进行商业捕鲸的可能性。还把设立新的国际机构"第2IWC"定位为未来的探讨项目。
