日本出生率创有统计以来新低 生育政策遭质疑 Dec 28th 2018, 09:54 　　中新网12月28日电 据外媒报道，日本厚生劳动省上周公布最新出生率数据，指出2018年的新生婴孩为92.1万，较去年减少2.5万之余，更是自1899年开始有人口统计以来新低。持续人口老化令政府背负沉重财政压力，也令国民更加质疑日本当局的鼓励生育计划。
