欧洲议会明年举行新一届选举 新势力或"借机上位" Dec 27th 2018, 09:10 　　中新网12月27日电 据香港《文汇报》报道，欧洲议会将于2019年5月举行新一届选举，同时改选欧盟委员会主席、欧洲理事会主席、欧洲议会议长、欧洲央行行长和欧盟外交政策高级代表这五大职位。现任欧盟委员会主席容克将于明年10月正式换届后卸任，加之极右民粹主义势力近年急速冒起，势必冲击新一届议会，掀起阵营对立，恐影响欧盟未来政治版图及势力分布。
