保加利亚涉垄断天然气分销 欧盟开出近8000万罚单 Dec 25th 2018, 09:14 　　中新网12月25日电 据欧联通讯社报道，日前，欧盟竞争问题专员玛格丽特在布鲁塞尔举行的新闻发布会上表示，鉴于保加利亚在分销天然气营销上实施垄断。欧盟委员会决定，对保加利亚做出7700万欧元经济处罚。
