俄使馆：俄英外交人员自3月以来首次获得对方签证 Dec 29th 2018, 11:01 　　中新网12月29日电 据俄罗斯卫星网报道，俄罗斯驻英国大使馆日前表示，12月，俄英外交人员自3月以来首次获得对方签证，这将部分填补因前特工中毒事件而驱逐外交人员后两国外交使团的编制人数。不过俄罗斯使馆指出，谈论完全恢复编制人数为时尚早。
