日本政府正式决定实施3至5岁儿童教育免费化 Dec 28th 2018, 15:28 　　中新网12月28日电 据日媒报道，日本政府28日召开幼儿教育与高等教育免费化相关阁僚会议，正式决定明年10月起实施免费化，3至5岁儿童原则上为所有家庭，0至2岁幼儿以免除居民税的低收入家庭为对象。
