热带低压过境引发菲律宾山体滑坡 已致22人死亡 Dec 30th 2018, 11:15 　　根据菲律宾国家减灾委的消息，截至12月30日，由菲律宾命名为"乌斯曼"的热带低压在过境菲律宾时引发了多起小规模山体滑坡及洪涝等次生灾害，造成至少22人死亡。
