韩国防部：力争2019年开通韩朝军方高层直通热线 Dec 20th 2018, 14:42 　　中新网12月20日电 据韩联社报道，韩国国防部长官郑景斗20日向总统文在寅汇报2019年工作计划。根据计划，韩国防部将重点落实韩朝《9#8226;19军事协议》，力争启动韩朝军事联合委员会、开通军方高层直通热线，进一步增进韩朝军事互信。
