国际人权组织：欧盟"黄金签证"将带来洗钱风险 Oct 12th 2018, 16:38 　　中新网10月12日电 据欧联网援引意大利欧联通讯社报道，国际人权组织10日警告称，欧盟一些成员国向欧盟以外国家的投资者出售护照、居留权，将会带来洗钱的风险。该组织呼吁欧盟制定"黄金签证"管理标准，将适用于银行、博彩业的反洗钱规定扩大到"出售护照、居留权"等相关领域。
