日本新潟县东电核电厂火灾 官方称辐射监测未现异常 Nov 1st 2018, 09:34 　　中新网11月1日电 据台湾联合新闻网报道，当地时间11月1日早晨，日本新潟县的东京电力公司柏崎刈羽核电厂厂区内发生火警，详细状况待了解。不过，由于当时场内7个发电机组都没有运转，新潟县府表示，辐射监测未发现异常数字。
