　　中新网9月30日电据"中央社"报道，威力强的今年第24号台风"潭美"侵袭日本，九州岛南部等地已进入暴风圈，台风正往北东前进，带来强风豪雨。东京首都圈的JR路线今晚8时以后，暂时全面停驶。
