美监察报告称部分洛杉矶警察执法中存不当行为 Aug 30th 2018, 21:36 　　中新网8月30日电 据美国侨报网报道，在审查超过100起个人被捕以及被控拒捕案件后，美国洛杉矶警局监察长发现，警方行为存在不少问题，比如没有必要的时候就使用电击枪、没有合法理由就拦停他人等。
