哥斯达黎加推火山风险管理系统 波阿斯火山公园重开放 Aug 31st 2018, 20:07 　　中新网8月31日电 据南美侨报网编译报道，卡洛斯#8226;阿尔瓦拉多总统近日正式宣布，波阿斯国家火山公园从8月31日其重新对公众开放，哥斯达黎加由此成为首个在火山公园内启动风险管理系统的中美洲国家。
