韩外交部向宪法法院称日韩慰安妇共识不具法律约束力 Nov 6th 2018, 13:51 　　中新网11月6日电 据日本共同社报道，关于韩国原慰安妇等要求裁定2015年达成的日韩共识违宪的诉讼，韩国外交部官员5日透露已于6月向宪法法院提交意见书，称日韩共识不具有法律约束力，要求驳回原告的诉求。
