俄打算在月球建访问基地 宇航员计划2030年首次登月 Nov 6th 2018, 16:16 　　中新网11月6日电 据俄罗斯卫星网6日报道，俄罗斯国家航天集团总裁罗戈津表示，俄罗斯计划在月球上建造一个可供人类访问的长期基地，并借助人形机器人(robot avatar)研究月球。
