不死心？日本水产厅长官称重启商业捕鲸方针不变 Oct 28th 2018, 11:58 　　中新网10月28日电 据日媒报道，日本水产厅长官长谷成人(61岁)近日接受日本共同社采访时，称"基于科学依据利用资源是水产行政的大原则"，强调力争重启商业捕鲸的方针不变。国际捕鲸委员会(IWC)大会上日本重启商业捕鲸的提案被否决，有关应对长谷仅称"作为整个政府正在详查选项"。
