外媒：厄瓜多尔解除阿桑奇对外通讯的部分限制 Oct 16th 2018, 15:48 　　中新网10月16日电 据外媒报道，维基解密网站14日表示，厄瓜多尔政府决定将取消对阿桑奇对外通讯联络的部分限制。维基解密创始人阿桑奇目前在伦敦厄瓜多尔驻英使馆接受庇护已经有六年，此前厄瓜多尔禁止他使用通讯工具。
