英方所交脱欧协议无新意 欧盟峰会或难打破脱欧僵局 Oct 18th 2018, 08:25 　　中新网10月18日电 据外媒报道，欧盟峰会于17和18日在布鲁塞尔召开，英国脱欧、欧盟改革和移民问题是峰会讨论重点。欧洲议会议长安东尼奥#12539;塔亚尼(Antonio Tajani)在峰会开始后表示，英国首相特蕾莎·梅没有向27个成员国提交有重大新意的脱欧协议。与会者表示，17日的谈判没有足够的进展，不准备11月举行新的峰会。
