意总统签署法令赦免公民债务 预算税案计划生效 Oct 26th 2018, 10:15 　　中新网10月26日电 据欧联网援引欧联通讯社报道，当地时间23日，意大利总统马塔雷拉正式签署法令，批准了意大利政府2019财年预算中税案及赦免公民债务计划。随后意大利政府宣布该法令正式生效。
