广西南宁与柬埔寨金边市签署《建立友好城市关系意向书》 Oct 16th 2018, 23:16 　　中新社南宁10月16日电(记者 杨陈)记者16日从广西南宁市外事侨务办公室获悉，南宁市市长周红波在此间会见到访的柬埔寨金边市代表团一行时，与金边市副市长明灿亚达(MEAN Chanyada)签署《建立友好城市关系意向书》。此前，南宁市已缔结国际友城21对。
