加拿大将在全国"强推"碳排放定价制度 Oct 24th 2018, 11:34 　　中新社多伦多10月23日电 (记者 余瑞冬)加拿大总理贾斯廷·特鲁多当地时间10月23日在多伦多宣布，2019年将在四个拒绝接受碳排放定价政策或相关政策标准不达标的省份实施一套联邦碳排放定价体系，从而实现在加拿大全国推行碳排放定价制度。
