巴拿马10月将发放9200万美元奖学金 80万名学生受益 Oct 19th 2018, 17:07 　　中新网10月19日电 据南美侨报网报道，近日，巴拿马人力资源培训和利用研究所表示，从10月15日开始，巴拿马政府会根据此前制定的交付时间表，在全国范围内向中小学生发放今年的第3批奖学金，受益学生人数达80万名。
