欧盟立法强化交通事故理赔 国家承担连带赔付责任 Jan 28th 2019, 10:47 　　中新网1月28日电 据欧联网援引意大利欧联通讯社报道，欧盟议会日前通过机动车强制保险赔付修正案，该修正案再一次强化了交通事故责任的赔付原则，以及保障受害人权益的规定。对于无保险事故车辆，在事故责任人无力或只能承担部分赔付责任的情况下，将由车辆所在国承担全部或部分赔偿责任。
