记者手记：朝韩边界一场特别的毕业典礼 Jan 21st 2019, 16:53 　　【环球时报报道 驻韩国特派记者 陈尚文】前不久，位于韩国京畿道坡州市的台城洞小学举办一场特别的毕业典礼，送走了4名毕业生。该校是朝韩非军事区内唯一一所学校，《环球时报》记者在去年4月第一次"文金会"前夕曾探访该校所在村落，这次再次前往，明显感受到半岛形势转变给这里带来的变化。
