意大利无意更改预算计划 欧盟或将启动制裁程序 Nov 13th 2018, 11:19 　　中新网11月13日电 据欧联网援引欧联通讯社报道，当地时间13日，将是欧盟要求意大利提交2019财年预算案修改计划的最后1天。目前为止，意大利依然拒绝对预算案主体和财政赤字目标进行修改，此举或将引来欧盟正式启动对意大利的制裁程序。
