伊拉克石油部长：将提升原油产能 评估伊朗石油缺口 Nov 7th 2018, 10:42 　　中新网11月7日电 据外媒报道，伊拉克石油部长嘉班6日表示，伊拉克计划在2019年增加石油产量和出口能力，重点放在该国南部油田。他表示，美国对伊朗的新制裁导致的石油供应短缺尚未得到评估，伊拉克与其他石油输出国组织(OPEC)成员国可能在下月举行的政策会议上决定采取什么行动。
