石油供应过剩 主要产油国拟磋商2019年减产 Nov 12th 2018, 11:25 　　中新网11月12日电 据日媒报道，当地时间11日，石油输出国组织(OPEC)成员国与非成员国减产协议监督委员会在阿拉伯联合酋长国首都阿布扎比召开会议，称为维持原油价格，预计将在12月上旬的OPEC定期大会等就2019年减产展开全面磋商。
