意大利民房20%涉嫌违建 西西里房产49%无手续 Nov 14th 2018, 11:19 　　中新网11月14日电 据欧联网援引欧联通讯社报道，此前意大利南部西西里岛遭受强风暴雨袭击，一栋违章别墅被洪水淹没，导致9人遇难。意大利建筑工会(Filca CISL)近日向政府发出呼吁，建议加强对遏制违章建筑的立法工作，彻底杜绝违章建筑和减少违章建筑带来的潜在危险。
