北欧五国签署气候声明加快实现"碳中和" Jan 27th 2019, 17:27 　　新华社赫尔辛基1月26日电　北欧国家芬兰、瑞典、挪威、丹麦和冰岛日前在芬兰首都赫尔辛基签署一份应对气候变化的联合声明。五国在声明中表示，将合力提高应对气候变化的力度，争取比世界其他国家更快实现"碳中和"目标。
