日本公路沿线土地价格连续3年上涨 仍呈两极分化 Jul 2nd 2018, 14:23 　　中新网7月2日电 据日本共同社报道，日本国税厅2日发布了作为遗产税及赠与税计算标准的2018年1月1日公路沿线地价(路线价)。在日本约33.1万处地点(标准建筑用地)，平均价格比上年上涨0.7%，连续3年走高。访日外国游客增加所带来的需求和有市区再开发计划的地区推高了总体地价。城市圈和人口日益减少地区依然呈现两极分化格局。
